CALLING ALL NEW VOLUNTEERS!

If you are interested in bats and would like to volunteer with Northern Ireland Bat Group during 2017, there are two free events, which will provide more information about bats and volunteering with us. Both events will cover:
• Overview of bat species found in Northern Ireland
• Bat monitoring programmes in Northern Ireland
• Roost visitor license training process
• Health & safety and legal requirements to work with bats
• Volunteering opportunities within the Northern Ireland Bat Group

For anybody who is interested, but can’t make it to either event, we could organise a short meeting on a one-to-one basis. Other events might be organised if there is sufficient demand.
